Kedarnath Hindi Movie Review
kedarnath Hindi movie is an example of how Bollywood is obsessed with romance. Kedarnath whole soul is in the romance between Mansoor and Mandakini even we are focused in Kedarnath. Mandakini Mishra (Sara Ali Khan) rebellious daughter of a well-off Hindu Brahmin family. And in other hands, Muslim porter Mansoor Khan (Sushant Singh Rajput), set in one of Hinduism’s holiest sites in 2013, the year it was nearly destroyed by the flash floods that damaged Uttarakhand state.
All the tragedy of true event in the holy place is in the last 20 minutes. The main focal point core of the story is inter-religion marriage. Abhisekh Kapoor does not look so serious what he wants to tell and screenplay written by Kanika Dhillon is really regressive. The character of Mannu is overwritten, she just like Rumi from Manmarziyan who is in Kedarnath now. Manu is just mad about of Mansoor, she stalks him but we are living feminist society.
Director: Abhishek Kapoor Story Writer: Kanika Dhillon Music Director: Amit Trivedi Cinematographer: Tushar Kanti Ray Editor: Chandan Arora
The music given by Amit Trivedi is just as awesome as before his work. The cinematography of Tushar Ray is very good, hope the visual effects supervisor would give more support to him. The special effects shots are not bad but the shots don’t last for a long time, you will definitely demand from it. Chandan Arora’s editing is really crispy and engaging except the initial frames of the movie.
The performances of all the cast are good and the lead pairs make a very good impact on their respective roles. But the old school romance didn’t overshadow by the performance. Abhisekh Kapoor’s directorial movies are always unpredictable be it Kai Po Che or even his debut movie Aryan. Kanika Dhillon’s screenplay always falls down as the movie progresses, Ra One is a perfect example of it. Sara Alia Khan as a gutsy talkative girl has perfect movie to debut because there is no scope in Simbba which was a remake of Telugu Blockbuster Temper and she is the role done by Kajal Agarwal.
Sushant Singh Rajput
Sara Ali Khan
Pooja Gor as Brinda
Hope You Like Our Kedarnath Hindi Movie Review. The movie is really recommended if you are a great devotee of holy places irrespective of the religion.
