The road trip sibling trio is back in the long-awaited season 2 of TVF’s Tripling. The TVF Original was a benchmark for the Indian web-series space both on Youtube and TVFPlay OTT Platform when it debuted in 2016 from TVF Permanent Roommates. Both the seasons were co-written by the actor Sumeet Vyas and Akarsh Khurana (director of Dulquer Salmaan starrer Karwaan and High Jack), the show has been created by Sameer Saxena popular for several shows.

Tripling Season 2 starts with the shooting of a film loosely based on the book “The Tripling” authored by Chandan (Sumeet Vyas) which itself based on the event of Tripling season one occurred with Chandan. The scene is more interesting than it sounds it faces a lot of problems, the film banned on Rajasthan because their king is infertile. The character of Chitwan played by Jeetendra but his character name is not mentioned in the whole series. The director doesn’t want to show Chitwan as the fun-loving guy, and creatively different from the writer.

In a book gallery Chandan talk to his fans he says he is not sure his brother and sister read his book or not. There in the loo, he again met Chitwan with his six-month young kid. After several events and some less important new character, the brothers got kidnapped by some goons relating to their controversial book. The director of the movie “The Tripling” played by Akarsh Khurana who itself the writer of the show and director of Karwaan.

There are many have many surprising cameos in the second season, the third episode in the search of Prince Pranab, the trio met Gajrao as Prince Alexender (Nawab Sikander Khan) and her wife Princess Zainab played by Shweta Tripathi. Then they go to Kolkata in the fourth episode where they met classic detective show on Doordarshan ‘Byomkesh Bakshi’ aka Satyanveshi played by Rajat Kapoor himself, it is reality delightful to watch him as Byomkesh Bakshi. And later after the book release, you’ll see many of Gayte Galaxy audience reviewing the movie and at last, you’ll see Rajeev Masand interviewing the trio but later they reveal they don’t like the movie comparing their real relations.

Creator: Sameer Saxena
Music: Nilotpal Bora
Cast: Sumit Vyas, Amol Parashar, Manvi, Kunal Roy Kapoor, Shweta Tripathi, Rajat Kapoor
Original Network: The Viral Fever (TVF)

The music land by Nilotpal Bora masterly, he came out a good vibe every five episodes the show. Especially the two songs voice landed by Zubeen Garg and Angarag Mahanta at the end of the last two episodes. The cinematography is something that TVF has improved in every next show of theirs, this time Dhirendra Nath had achieved what larger OTT platform like Amazon and Netflix had the prestige from beginning definitely because they had a better budget.

TVF Tripling Season 2 Review: You must watch this watch if you loved the characters from the previous season, but not except they are the same as before because Chanchal as serious as Pranav and Chitwan is very sensitive to his kid and wife. This ride gave the same joy but in a non-expected way.
