This upcoming epic period action Malayalam drama, directed by award-winning director Rosshan Andrews. This film is based on the life of Kayamkulam Kochunni, a famed thief in Central Travancore during the British Raj period. Well, known cinematographer of Rajnikanth starrer “2point0” Nirav Shah has picturized 19th century very skillfully. This multi starer big budget film, Nivin Pauly playing the title role and Mohanlal in a very special cameo in the role of Ithikkara Pakki. While Hindi and Tamil Film Industry are making periodic and biopic genre movies, this will be interesting to how this upcoming Mollywood movie will sustain. We don’t have much information about this movie but according to our reports, the director of Tamil version highly praised film “Taramani”.  Taramani is the boldest movie ever made in South India, Peranbu might be a more arty movie starring superstar. Peranbu had its world premiere at the International Film Festival Rotterdam on January 2018, and the Asian premiere at the Shanghai International Film Festival, China on June. The film is made in two language Tamil and Malayalam.
